I assume you read English, then?
First of all, has she been checked thoroughly to exclude any bodily pains? Since she acts out all the time I assume it's not related to the tack, but of course this needs to be checked too.
If she has no aches or pains, I think maybe she is like a kid, all full of energy and no discipline. You want to instil discipline in her, but she is really incapable of it, because she is bursting with energy. If you put on the brakes all the time, maybe she sees no other way but to rebel.
How does she behave in the paddock with the other horses? Does she run of the excess out there? Maybe you can let her run free in the arena at first? That way you can turn work into play by making her run on your command and, when she's getting tired, make her slow down on your command. That way maybe you will find the joy and comradeship again and she won't see you as that boring person who is all demands and no pleasure.
This is of course all theory and guesswork, but maybe it can be a start? Best of luck!
but as I see it, since she doesn't even want to move, in a arena, and bucking is a something bored and irritated horses mostly do. she is unmotivated.
My varmblood did not want to move more than 3 steps in a arena, what's the point? he thought. I had to go on a trail ride, and no problem there, he was even willing to canter.
but I don't know if I've understood you’re problem right.
If you look at this chart and point out the horsenality your horse is most, there are strategies to use for different horsenalities. Horses are different, some are only in one quadrant some in all four, and the thing is to read the horse right now and use the strategies that fits his horsenality right now

left brain introverts, what's in it for me? they need motivation, going around a arena is pointless for them, but if you make it just straight lines it will be more motivating for them. lets say you stop in every corner and let the horse rest, eat grass, or have a bit candy. it's unbelievable how willing they can get!
left brain extrovert love to play and learn knew things. These horses can get cranky if they don't get the stimulation they need. more running, and a lot of praising, they have to have fun.
right brain extrovert just run in fear. they need to have the space to move their feet, and turn a lot (when wild horses run from a predator they after a while stop, cross their hind legs and look back if they've out run the lion)
right brain introverts are the most complicated ones. They are really afraid but they try not to show it. these horses can explode (extrovert) when the pressure gets to high. they need us to do everything very slow.
Hope it helps
